Notis — Your Research & Writing Workspace

Writing clinical content has always meant juggling multiple tabs — a word processor here, a research database there, maybe a clinical notes in another window. Notis changes that.
Notis is a fully integrated workspace where therapists and mental health professionals can write, research, and verify content in one place. It's built around the way practitioners actually work: drafting a note, looking something up, asking for a second opinion, then checking that everything is accurate before sharing it.
What's New:
- Rich Text Editor with Inline AI: A full-featured writing environment with formatting tools, slash commands, and AI completions that suggest continuations when you feel stuck mid-sentence.
- Academic Research, Built In: Search peer-reviewed journals and clinical databases from the Research tab without leaving your note. Results arrive with a synthesized answer, source citations, and related questions to explore. Insert any citation directly into your note with one click.
- Context-Aware AI Chat: The Chat assistant reads your current note, research results, and fact-check findings before responding. Ask it to summarize your draft, suggest improvements, or help revise a flagged claim. It already knows what you're working on.
- Clinical Fact Checking: The same fact-check engine from Content Studio, now available inside your note workspace. Run an analysis and get color-coded verdicts (Supported, Misleading, False, and more), each with source citations.
- Templates for Common Documents: Start from a structured template for SOAP notes, psychoeducation handouts, treatment plans, client take-home materials, social posts, or workshop outlines.
- Export to Markdown: Download or copy any note as markdown for use in other tools, publishing platforms, or your own records.
Documentation:
- AI credits for Notis features are fully tracked and visible in your account dashboard. See the updated AI Credits page for a full breakdown.
